Simcoe brings its familiar blend of pine, apricot and gentle citrus resin, while El Dorado lifts the middle with bright pear, melon and soft candy-like tropicals. Citra ties everything together with lime, orange and grapefruit snap. The result is a clean but layered profile that moves from zesty and fresh through to juicy and rounded, finishing with a subtle piney edge that keeps it assured and drinkable."
