"Seagull King returns. Our much loved DIPA is back for 2026. Seagull King is a modern DIPA built around expressive hop character and a smooth, confident structure. Citra leads with bright citrus and ripe mango, followed by Galaxy’s passionfruit and peach intensity, while Strata adds depth through soft dankness and subtle berry notes. The result is layered and aromatic, with a full, saturated hop profile that remains controlled and deliberate.

Soft bitterness and a rounded mouthfeel keep the beer balanced and highly drinkable for its strength, allowing the hops to dominate without becoming abrasive. Assertive, vibrant, and unapologetically forward, Seagull King is designed to hold its ground and command attention."
