Rosé Rioja 13%
Production process:
Wine made according to the traditional ‘bleeding’ method, after having been in brief contact with the skins for approximately six hours. Once the must is obtained, it ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine will remain for at least three months in tank and in contact with its lees.
Flavour and texture:
Bright, clean, pale strawberry-coloured wine. The nose is frank, medium intensity with notes of red fruits and stone fruits such as peach. A wine with a sweet and fleshy entry on the palate, with a smooth passage and a very fruity aftertaste.
Enjoy the good weather with our range of 6cepas6. A wine for every occasion Red, Rosé and White.
With a fresh and fun image but with everything that is a Rioja:
Our 6cepas6 Tinto, a 100% Tempranillo wine with grapes selected in the vineyard and re-selected before entering the winery. Fermented in our 6,500 litre French oak vats and aged for 10 months in barrels before bottling.
The 6cepas6 Rosé, an excellent blend of Viura, Tempranillo and Garnacha which, after undergoing two selection processes, will be made using the ‘bleeding’ system and then matured on its own lees for 3 months.
And the 6cepas6 Blanco completes the trio, with its special composition of Tempranillo Blanco, Viura, Verdejo and Chardonnay, from our vineyards in Rioja Alta. After selecting the best bunches, the grapes are lightly pressed and cold macerated for 24 hours. The clean must ferments in new French oak barrels. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, we keep it on its lees for three months.
