"Upon opening, Beau et Joli reveals generous aromas of candied strawberry, ripe cherry, and redcurrant, carried by a fine, lively effervescence. On the palate, the bright acidity highlights the freshness of red fruits, while the interplay between the suppleness of the Gamay and the tension of the lambic creates a surprising balance. Beneath the cork lies an original expression, halfway between wine and lambic, both indulgent, refreshing, and intriguing. For this first cuvée, the aromatic profile is defined, but future vintages may reveal different nuances depending on the year and the blend."
