"A mild copper brown bottom-fermented beer. It harmonizes particularly well with cheese and antipasti. Our Märzen is inserted with 12% original wort (Alk. 5.2%) from regional raw materials. The light and dark malt for our Märzen comes from the region and the hops from the Hallertau (Hallertrauer Tradition & Saphir)."
