"We were thrilled to host Menno Olivier for an exciting collaborative brew day. Menno is a true icon in the European craft beer world, so it was a real honour for us to work with him and gain some of his knowledge.

Black IPA is a style we don't brew too often, but makes for a great combination of our hoppy creations and Menno's finesse with big, dark beers.

With a dark appearance and initial savoury and roasty flavours to start, Nelson & Riwaka (with a touch of Sabro) really hit through with a fresh hoppy finish to provide a balance of light in the dark."
