"In this pin bright and bitter Pale Ale we used a blend of four hops to layer in a lovely depth of flavour and aroma. We started with British Jester and Harlequin on the hot side before dry hopping with Ekuanot Cryo and Citra. This combination had delivered a big punchy lime and lemon note with plenty of pithy orange! "
