This is the most heavily fruited sour beer that we have ever brewed in Garage and it's a tropical fruit blast. Pineapple, passion fruit and mango by the trailer load and conditioned on organic vanilla from Madagascar with a tiny sparkle of Mediterranean salt. This is a sunny slice of summer that really feels like a sweet exotic fruit smoothy with an extra roundness from the vanilla and a refreshing salty kick!
