"The incredible Fidens Brewing from New York make their Mash Festival debut this year and we couldn't miss out on the opportunity to brew something together! This is a big DIPA at 9% abv and teeming with a blend of US and NZ hops. Citra, Citra Cryo, Motueka and Rakau are the culprits here and together they produce a criminally aromatic and flavourful combo - tropical happiness! We get lots of peach ring jellies, ruby grapefruit, lime zest and pine from this. A canary pale yellow that belies this beer's strength and a smooth creamy body that really tricks you intothinking this is nowhere near its heady abv. - You been warned :)"
