"Basement cloudy with fine yeast. Unfiltered beer with a long history. Our lager beer is based on the old tradition of home brewing beers. Every farmer who had a brewing right used to have his own beer brewed from his self-grown barley and hops with us. This beer was then expanded and stored in the rock cellars on the farm. Hence the name Lagerbier. This beer was drunk mainly in the summer, during the harvest or directly in the cellar from the cool stone jug. In other regions, this beer is also called Kellerbier. Our Lager is an amber-colored, drinkable beer with a spicy herbal aroma and a balanced hop note. The pleasantly reduced carbon dioxide increases the drinkability."
