"For this latest edition of Sunsmasher, our golden sour base beer was fermented with a Brettanomyces blend and aged for just over four months in tank before being conditioned on 220 g/L of whole British apricots, which were pulverised by hand (using a mallet). The Brett fermentation delivers vibrant tropical notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and citrus, all of which are amplified by the fresh apricot addition. "
