''We consider this beer a reference as per light Real Bohemian lagers (gravity 10). This beer enjoys proper decoction with double mashing and double fermentation (it matures in cellars at temperatures close to 1°C). We use three different malts – local Kroměříž pilsener malt and local Zahlinice caramel and Munich malts. Expect a perfect balance between hops and malt with medium highly pleasant bitterness.''
