We brew our Classic according to the strict Bioland processing guidelines, which “bring the purity law to the field” (i.e. the production of malting barley and hops is regulated by Bioland). Even in the brewery, requirements that go beyond the Purity Law are imposed on the cleaning agents, the quality of the raw materials, the craft brewing process and the naturalness of the beer. Only the best organic malts, organic aromatic hops and our excellent water may be used for brewing. We are delighted that all these ingredients are grown in excellent quality in our immediate vicinity.
