"We produce what we are passionate about and we have been in love with Smoothie Sours for a long time! This is our first interpretation of the style and because we are incompetent when it comes to business, we decided to introduce it in our Core Range so that you can drink it on the beach or on Christmas night! This Smoothie Sour starts by being a 10% ABV Berliner Weisse to which, after maturation, we add 50% strawberry. We do not allow the strawberry to ferment in order to ensure that the aromatics of the fruit remain faithful to reality and, as a result of the dilution of the fruit, the final ABV is 5%! No lactose, no marshmallow, no vanilla, no nothing! Only lactic acid versus fructose! It's the kind of simple balance we like! We just hope it gives you the same pleasure to drink that it gave us to do!"
