"The new recipe of our bottom-fermented top ten, where we added aroma and bitterness thanks to higher hops with Žatec semi-early red wine for aroma and Malt for bitterness. We have also changed the sprinkling and mashing scheme, the ten is brewed into two mashes with an extra light base, fermented using classic technology in an open fermentation vat."
