The recipe was created by preserving the “old Bohemian” taste of beer, which is characterised by a golden to amber colour and a higher fullness of malt-flavour. The unbelievably generous malt body coupled with a noble bitterness makes it a rare example of a true Old Bohemian Beer in the fashion of beer brewed in this part of the world in late 19th century.
