"Our 13° semi-dark festive lager is brewed from three types of malt – Pilsen, Bavarian and caramel, with classic old school decocting brewing on two mashes. Each of the malts gives the beer something different. The Pilsner malt forms a basic flavour, the Bavarian increases the perceived body of the beer and the caramel malt is conveying the pleasantly bitter taste of a multi-stage semi-dark beer. This is an artisanal amber lager that is exceptionally balanced and brewed in low-batches for real beer connoisseurs."
