''Jarošovský Jura is a typical example of a Real Bohemian lager from the „Moravian Slovakia“ region, located in south east Czech Republic, near the Slovakian border. It is brewed traditionally from local ingredients (malt is sourced from local Kroměříž Malthouse), employing decoction, open fermentation and long maturation in cellars at temperatures just below 1°C. Quite uniquely, this is a single hopped beer, employing only the famous Medium Early red Saaz hops. This together with triple hopping grants the beer a delicate bitterness that disappears from the palate at the right time. This is coupled with a pleasant full malt body.''
