The enzyme β-glucosidase is present, which promotes the biotransformation of hops and can enhance the aroma and flavour of hops. The hopping itself is based on a mixture of experimental hop varieties in the last stages of selection. A unique, precise blend of new hybrids where the composition includes varieties that are in brewing trials and will enter the registration process. "
