"It could be said that we’ve been pretty taken by the latest hype hop to land in our cold store, Vista. Only released twelve months ago from the USDA Breeding Program, Vista has already won plaudits for its highly desirable aroma and flavour profiles of delicate orange, apricot and tangerine, with sub-layers of green tea and grassy herbal notes. Given the multi-layered nature of this incredible hop, we wanted to pair it with something a little more straight down the line with its flavour notes – step forward Talus. A descendent of Sabro, we absolutely love how the citrus rind, pink grapefruit and dried rose petal notes meld with the soft tropical flavours of everyone’s new favourite Stateside slammer."
