"The Mountain IPA has been a mysterious siren that has dipped its way in and out of our brew plans since we first stumbled upon the style back in early 2020. A meld of New England haze and hop suspension, with the crisp drinkability of a West Coast beer, we’ve always been fascinated with this hybridized style and experimenting with recipes to create the best version of this style we possibly can.

Tattoo Culture goes big – we’re talking brash IPA strength big – and utilises a little bit of help from our friends down in the South Pacific for an explosion of flavour thanks to our generous use of Moutere in the dry hop. Passionfruit and grapefruit dominate here, playing off a hot side addition of a whisper of Simcoe to bring all those wonderful resinous pine notes to underlay this beer."
