"Even at Christmas, you can only be with a proper lager and that's why we brewed this one. It is stronger and fuller in flavor thanks to the use of the decoction process and Maris Otter British light malt, which gives the beer bready and biscuit notes. We didn't skimp on the hops either, which is why this lager has a distinctly hoppy aroma thanks to more pronounced late hopping. In addition to the original Saaz, we used the Saaz Late variety, and the result is a beer that is balanced, bitter, and with the traditional aroma of Czech hops and maybe a little extra citrus and herbs"
