"This Barley wine is a Blend of 2 barrels, one aged in a Islay whisky barrel, and the other a Highland barrel.
Lots peaty Islay whisky smoke, some sherry, lots of fruity notes, wood , booze and a decent amount of sweetness.
personally, this i think is my favourite beer I've ever produced, barley wine is life!! :D"
